The following positions were created for the Folklore Museum : assistant, curator and photographer. This last position was meant to cover the needs of the Folklore Museum and of the Museum of Cast reproductions and Copies.
The first position was the assistant position, occupied by Konstantina Bada (1978-1983) (1978-1983). During the next year were created the position of photographer and conservator, whereas after 1981, the position of curator became the position of a scientific collaborator.
Today, these positions concerning scientific or specialized staff are no longer officially neither institutionally related to the Folklore Museum .
Nevertheless the associative and personal initiatives of the DEP members and the students of the Department of Ethnography, made it possible to achieve satisfying operational standards of the Museum in terms of education and research.
